Legendary Georgia Musicians in watercolor exhibition

An Expanded Legendary Georgia Musicians in Watercolor will be on view at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art from September 26-December 13, 2026.  The opening reception will be on September 26 from 6-8 p.m.  This exhibition was created to pay homage to the musicians who have called Georgia their home.  This multi-year endeavor calls attention to the extraordinary music coming out of Georgia and says thank you, with the deepest sincerity, to all musicians who relentlessly work and tour to bring their gifts to society.

The original exhibition of 20 paintings took place at the Lyndon House Arts Center, Athens, GA.  That exhibition is closed but catalogues are still available.  Catalogues will also be available at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art in the fall of 2026.
